Ingredients
- 1 package frozen pierogies
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cups frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Cook pierogies according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, sugar, and thyme and cook for 5 minutes. Add peas, salt, and black pepper and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
